For most services, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For larger events, murals, or during peak season (summer and holidays), 4-6 weeks advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
Art By Alys serves Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, and surrounding areas within approximately 50 miles of Pensacola, Florida. For locations outside this area, please contact us to discuss travel arrangements and any additional fees.
Yes, most services require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies by service type: Paint Parties require a $150 deposit, Murals require 30% of the estimated total, and other services typically require a 50% deposit. The deposit is applied to your final total.
We use only professional-grade, FDA-compliant, water-based paints and cosmetic-grade glitters that are specifically designed for skin application. All products are hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and easily wash off with soap and water.
Custom designs are available for all services. We'll work closely with you to understand your vision and create something unique. For custom work, we recommend scheduling a consultation call or meeting to discuss your ideas in detail.
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance for rescheduling, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the service type.
